Lumishore wins UK’s prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise

Lumishore has been honoured with the first ever King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade, recognising the business’ substantial and sustained commercial growth of its marine LED lighting systems.

The business is one of only 148 organisations to be recognised with a King’s Award for Enterprise, highlighting Lumishore’s commitment to expansion through innovation.

Announced today (Friday 21 April), Lumishore has been recognised for its excellence in International Trade, a testament to the business’ continuing rapid expansion and success of its product lines globally. This is the 7^th time Lumishore has won an Award for Enterprise since its incorporation in 2008.

Lumishore’s awards are a reflection of the company’s inherent and unrivalled LED and electronics expertise, investment in R&D, solid manufacturing platform and no-compromise approach to quality.

Lumishore is a privately-owned company headquartered in Swansea, UK. All Lumishore lighting systems are exclusively designed, developed and manufactured in-house at its ISO9001 certified facilities. Lumishore has a US division, Lumishore USA, based in Sarasota, Florida. Recent expansion includes a new Surface Mount Technology (SMT) facility to produce printed circuit boards in-house.
